Product Introduction
IGZO target, or Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide target, is a multi-component composite oxide ceramic target made by mixing and sintering indium oxide (In₂O₃), gallium oxide (Ga₂O₃), and zinc oxide (ZnO) in a specific ratio. It is widely used in magnetron sputtering (PVD) processes to prepare high-performance IGZO thin-film transistors (TFTs).
Compared to traditional amorphous silicon and zinc oxide materials, IGZO target has higher mobility, lower leakage current, and better transparency, making it a core material for next-generation high-resolution display panels (such as OLED, 4K, 8K).
