• Molybdenum Oxide Target (MoOx)
  

     Performance Advantages: P-type semiconductor properties, high transmittance, electrochromic effect.

     Application: Various applications, such as low-reflection (dark) films for covering metal lines; narrow bezel LCDs, black matrix, metal mesh touch sensors; transparent hole injection layers (HIL) for OLED.

• Metal Nitride Targets (CrN/TiN)
  

    Performance Advantages: High deposition rate, haze-free film.

• Black Film Series Carbide Targets (CrC/TiB₂)

    Performance Advantages: High deposition rate, high film hardness.

    Application: Hard coatings and black coatings for metal structural components.
